Iccho Inc. operates 19 direct-run outlets and 6 franchise outlets under the sashimi pub chain “Uoya Iccho,” which is highly appraised by customers for the freshness, amount and reasonable prices of its foods.
In fiscal 2007, Iccho expanded its business base by opening four outlets, based on improved earnings in fiscal 2006. In terms of products, we differentiated ourselves from rival restaurants by further appealing to customers with our reasonably priced foods, mainly sashimi, crab and sushi. In fiscal 2008, we will aim to establish an Iccho brand that can gain customers’ overwhelming favor, with an eye toward future growth and development, with the themes of “enhancement of product competitiveness” and “service reform”.
To enhance our product competitiveness, we will endeavor to improve customer satisfaction with shore fish and wild fish, foods in season, materials from Hokkaido, and reliability and safety as the keywords. To reform our services, we will make every effort to raise customer satisfaction with “speed, accuracy and kindness” as our motto.
