Akatsuki Printing Inc. was reborn through the integration of Worldplanning Inc. and Nihon System Inc. on May 1, 2008. All the businesses which the companies engaged in, printing, information processing and entertainment, are “content” itself. As content are regarded as the core business of each company, this integration should promote a shared and efficient use of management resources, information and technologies of the three companies. By taking advantage of this, we will strive to provide clients with further advanced services. In addition, we will strengthen Cross A (SP and Marketing Divisions), a content-producing sector, and Firm A (Commercial Distribution Division), which has the function of a general trading company, as we aim to expand our business areas so that we can meet clients’ diverse needs. We newly established both Cross A and Firm A this fiscal year.
As a content-producing company — a new concept — Akatsuki Printing will take on the challenge of providing higher quality services for clients. To this end, we will devote our efforts to the content businesses, including discovering excellent and promising content, managing diverse content-processing technologies, and selling appropriate content.
