Foodream Co., Ltd. operates mainly the following restaurant chains: Oven Tei Family Type, a restaurant which serves genuine hamburger stakes prepared by manually kneading the meat; Oven Tei Pasta Type, a restaurant which allows customers to choose from three sizes of boiled pasta at the same price; Soki Tei, a comprehensive Chinese restaurant; and Bella, Bella!, a genuine Italian restaurant. We run 12 restaurant chains with 76 outlets in 22 prefectures, mainly in restaurants centered districts such as shopping centers and station buildings. In fiscal 2007, we implemented many measures to prepare for an expansion of our business scale in the future, with the emphasis on raising profitability of our existing outlets.
Consequently, our ordinary income hit a record high in fiscal 2007. For fiscal 2008, we will strive to upgrade products and services in order to increase customer satisfaction, with focusing on a further reform of earnings structure of each chain, under the slogan of “More tasty! More enjoyable!” Taking into account an expansion of our business scale, we will also begin to remodel our main chains and develop a new type of restaurant chains.
